All tools, dies and fixtures are manufactured to exact standards. With over fifty-five milling and turning centers, DTE offers you state-of-the-art capabilities, which include horizontal mills to 238" X, 111" Y and 48" Z; vertical mills to 50" X, 26" Y and 20" Z; and horizontal lathers to 156" by 48" swing. Our CSP jig bore can handle parts to 40" X, 28" Y and 12" Z with tolerances to 0.0000015". For precision edge profiling of complex shapes, DTE has seven traveling wire EDM machines to 15.750" X, 9.875" Y and 10" Z by 30. DTE's grinding department includes three Blanchard grinders to 84" diameter by 25" Z; eight surface grinders to 59" X, 28" Y and 25" Z; two O.D. grinders to 72" by 19.600" diameter; and two jig grinders to 30" X, 18" Y, 14" Z and 12" maximum diameter.
